This blog is brought to you by the symbol/ß/ and the number 2 … No seriously this is the blog of the Massey Linguistics and Second Teaching Teaching programme. So we are linguists of all kinds – syntacticians, applied linguists, sociolinguists and discourse analysts.  We all teach undergradauate and graduate courses in linguistics and applied linguistics to internal students and extramural students alike.

We thought we would run this little blog as a way of drawing attention to what linguistics might entail and what kinds of things linguists might think about or find interesting.
